RED... Not to rain on your parade.. BUT you should have lost a lot more than that. Do you use KETOCALCULATOR to fing the correct amount of macronutrients.. totals for % of carbs, proteins and fats and calories? I think something is just not working as well as it should be. IMHO

prob right Cricket. I think I've been overdoing the food. Just because you CAN have it doesn't mean you SHOULD have it---right?

Oh for certain on that. There are limits to everything. You do the ketone stips daily right? If in ketosis then you really would do yourself a huge favor by checking out that ketocalulator site. Takes the guess work out of HOW MUCH SHOULD I HAVE!
It seems such a waste to be following a plan and not getting the best out of it. Hope you get the results you really want to get and stay happy

I use the ketostrips Cricket. I am in solid ketosis. I think the problem is the amount I ate. I keep track of my food on FitDay and I notice that my calorie count is almost half of what I was eating before I became aware of my error last weekend. I just feel so good I didn't realize.....

hi I use FitDay too but not until I went on ketocalculator did I realize the amounts I did eat were so off. It made a great difference to many. It is more the ratio of foods than the actual g and amounts. AND you are right that those calories add up.
Have been going through a lot of changes myself iin rtying to up my proteins and still not lose ketoisis. Have to get the fats up and still not be crazy in high high calories. I can gain a ton in a minute. All water shift but still un nerving!
