Default I'm close, but I'll join ya anyway!

I have one pound to go to get to 175. Mentally, I think those 5 and 10 markers make a big difference!

All I can think of to jump start is exercise. I also had to cut out some of the cheese I was eating to help me along. I'm a cheese fiend.

Here we go!!!!

Talking you are right

Those 5 pound makers are the hardest for me too. I hope to be able to keep up with this rate of weight loss. I am taking a trip and want to be at my best.

175 is my next mini goal - so thought I'd join you guys here.

I'd like to get there by April 25 as I am off for a 4 day weekend shopping in Auckland for my winter wardrobe (DH and I have a shopping weekend every year )

This year I'd really like to be a 14 (12 US)! (last year is was 18/20!)

Lesley
