My be good to myself today is diving into my bathroom box from storage - I missed my lotions and things...it's like Christmas! So I've put my stuff away and look forward to using it. I have "seasonal" scents right now - want to use up my Eternity by Calvin Klein next...it was a gift and the scent isn't one I would have bought it's still nice and I won't waste a good product.

Hi Kat

I did something nice for myself.
I took a nice hot bath with Epsom salt in it.

That's a great idea to have a thread for it!!
We never think of ourselves or at least we're at the bottom of the list.

True, Meme!

My be good to my bod today (which I extend to mean any mode for myself - mental, etc.) :
I posted something wise someone said on this forum in my kitchen where I can see it daily. I still struggle.

His J is very helpful and I think about what he does quite a bit. He's almost at goal down from 440 lbs.

My be good to myself this week at a new temp job is to take the stairs! I am on the 10th floor and while I take the elevator in the AM because I don't want to sweat on my way into the office (or be late) - I don't mind getting the exercise on the way down! I do take the stairs in the parking garage to and from work though as well... Sore but I felt good doing it.

Be good to myself! I am taking a friend/spiritual advisor up on an offer to work with me soon. My focus is - sadly enough - survival in a place and climate I don't like - aiding with depression and approaching the PTSD. She is a wonderful person, very insightful, and intuitive. She has offered over the years to help me without charging me (we exchange services yearly) and I decided to take her up on it. I recognize I need some help here. I trust her judgment and process which is saying a lot since I really don't trust anybody. This is a really big be good to me.

Today I spent a lot of time with my kitty - I have things to do but really needed a down-time day. Read, picked some orange blossoms for my room - they smell heavenly. Watching a movie tonight. Feeling refreshed and revived.

I haven't been here in a while, but I have been upping the ante for being good to myself. Dreadfully hot and I am exhausted most of the time, but it's important that I keep my head above the water. I made a vanilla water spritzer bottle I keep in the fridge and I spray myself with it regularly... It smells divine.
