Default Are you enthusiastic? Be my buddy!

Hi. I have been in and out of this terrific web site since before Christmas. I have lost a couple of pounds and most importantly feel much better. I do not miss the coma I went into when I ate a bowl of nasty krafty.

I have researched this type of eating years ago when I was borderline hypoglycemic.

I am seriously looking for a partner that we can mutually report to each day re food consumption, excercise, emotions etc.

I am finding it difficult to lose my post pregnancy weight because I do not have that much to go.

Hoping to find an enthusiastic person in a similar situation that would lilke to be a buddy and share some humour, recipes, work-out routines and great ideas.

Ciao
Christy

Hi Christy,

Welcome to the forum!

Most people here like to keep a journal in the Journal Forum where they post about all the things you mentioned:

You get the wisdom of many low-carbers, both novice and experienced this way.

Have a look at the journals. The ones with fewers posts are from newer members. Everyone of them is unique and loaded with advice, humour and moods.

Karen
