You lost alot fast! Of the things you did, besides the change in the way you eat, what do you think made a big difference?

Dear Kristy:

I can't tell you how much I loved your success story. Having had my own struggles a few years ago with ephedra and the havok it can reak in a person's life, to see how you have conquered your demons and have achieved success on so many different levels, you really are a model for many of us low carbers to live by.

Thank you so much for your honesty and I really wish you continued success in the future!!!

Love
Entropy

I had to reread this once again. Truly a success story that is much deserved. This is why I love you and consider you a dear friend. You were my inspiration and I owe you more than I could ever repay. Not only that, you brought our little buddy Heather into my life and she is one of the best as well.

Reading your post is something I will probably be doing everytime I get the urge to give in. I haven't really hit it hard doing this "diet" which I consider more of a lifestyle. You are an answer to prayer- I was hoping to read something like your story- something I could relate to.

*hugs*

Ginger
