Welcome! Macros are the 3 broadest categories into which foods are grouped: fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. Generally, when following a low carb approach like Atkins, one would eat a higher amount of fat, a moderate amount of protein, and a limited amount of non-processed carbohydrates such as lower carb vegetables and salad greens.
