Default lunch menu..is this ok?

I want to eat left overs for dinner.
1 porkchop with bone
less than a cup of green beans
3 eggs mixed with about 2 tbsp mayo
??
is that to much for lunch?

for breakfast I had 3 eggs mayo over a salad(lettuce)
thanks for helping hopefully i get a reply in a short time! LOL! I am hungry!

Your menu looks ok to me. If you are hungry, Dr. A advises that you eat! As long as you are following induction rules, you should eat until you are satisfied, but not stuffed. No reason to be hungry! That's the beauty of this WOE!
