Honestly, there isn't really any kind of frozen yogurt or ice cream that wont have sugar. It'll say no ADDED sugar but it'll still have quite a bit. It's really up to you whether to eat it or not, if it was up to me I would say to not eat it.

Your best bet it to take a yogurt from the store (made with splenda) pop a popsicle stick into it and freeze it.

Sorry! I am a huge ice cream/ frozen yogurt lover also.

In a small Tasti D there are only 4 grams of sugar. This is less than the allowed "no sugar added fudgsicles". Just be sure to get one of the 80cal or less flavors as Phase 1 suggests only 75-150 calories of sweet treats a day.
