Hi Susie,

The time may vary from once an hour to every 2 hours based on system load on our server. This is when we update, send and receive usenet messages in bulk.

In addition, the USENET forums are set for a moderated queue. This is due to liability. If a spam is traced to our site, we may be charged penalties by every server that has to delete certain posts. I might find a way to allow members who've posted regularly without incidents to bypass this "moderation", but until then, we have to do it this way.
