I got my 1 mile WAP in this morning and I'm really feeling good about that. Every little bit helps in my opinion.

I forgot to write yesterday that I did the 1 mile WAP. Also I got out in the courtyard and got the yard all raked up so got some extra workout there.

So far this morning I've gotten my ironing done, and have gotten two loads of laundry done. Also clean sheets on our bed.

I got my 1 mile WAP in this morning, so that makes me feel great.

I got this new salad dressing that our leader at W.W. had spoken about many times and she said she used it as a marniade as well as a salad dressing. So this weekend I marinated boneless chicken breast for Bob and I, and I have to say they were out of this world. I grilled them on my Suzanne Somers indoor grill, talk about yummie
