Has anyone out there no of any LCarb pizza/pasta sauces that you can buy or a recipe to make some please

If you are looking for a tomato based sauce then you could easily make one with can of tomatoes (100g = 3-4 carbs) and add onion, peppers, etc to this. In general bought sauces are around 10 g carbs per 100g, so could be allowed if you were careful or diluted it one to one with water.

I have found that several of the Chicken Tonight range have only 5 or 6 g carbs per 100g and so I use them to casserole chicken in.

Have a look in the recipe section, do a search, for other ideas.

A great sauce for pasta or vegetables is to use cream cheese or mascapone cheese. You could always add cream as well, if you wanted.
