Default Green Bean Casserole

Mmmmmmm Makes me think of Thanksgiving!!!

1 cup cooked green beans (4 net carbs)
1/4 cup canned alfredo sauce (2 carbs)
A weeeee bit of minced onion (1 carb)

Throw it in a bowl, microwave - done! For me it makes two servings of Thanksgiving-ish love!

Sounds great, Lindy! Ya know, even at my age (61 ) I've never bought commercial alfredo sauce. What brand is it you use that only has 2 carbs, if I might ask?
