Default Quick Yellow Squash Dish

This creation in its first encarnation, was made with leftover onion dip. But I've written up the recipe to reflect sour cream, beef bouillon granules and onion powder as that's what most folks will likely have around. My husband and I just love this dish!

I made this again and remembered to get a pic of it on my site this time. It's colorful, too!
