There are many variations possible. If you go to wikipedia, and look up goitrogenic - foods that suppress thyroid function. Cabbage family for example. However, two foods are mentioned which support thryoid function - avacado and coconut. So, my plan is to eliminate all the goitrogenic foods, and add avacado, and to cook where I can with coconut oil. Other web sites say saturated fat also supports thryoid function. Time will tell if this is effective.
