Default Hamburg & Hot dog/sub buns?????????

I have been trying since early this morning to come up with a decent hot dog/sub or hamburg bun recipe (my husband is in the mood for brats on a bun). The only thing I can think of to use is my lc bread recipe but what type of pan is the question. For the hot dog buns and also sub buns I have been thinking about going to the local hardware store and asking if they would cut me a piece of pipe that might work. They even might have something to put the hamburg buns in. Does anyone have a recipe or at least a suggestion on where to buy pans for a ham. & hot dog/sub buns?? I am at my wits end!!!!! HELP!!!!!

Maybe if you made a loaf small and skinny, and cooked in a loaf pan, to make like, a hoagie or sub type sandwich? You could just cut it in half, and cut like a hotdog bun??

Question Making hamburg buns without gluten

I make the LC Bread from "Atomhockeymomm" and I really think that it is tasty. The question that I have is this, would a dough recipe work without the gluten (so I could make hamburg buns) and if so what are the carbs? A burger with a bun would taste awfully good right about now!!

Thanks in advance.
