You look absolutely incredible, and it's never too late to regain health and vitality.. and p.s., a 23 year old is officially envious of your abs! :P

Oh my God! Love the photo of you in that bikini--I can only dream of a body that awesome, and I'm only 27!

Thank you so much for posting before, during and after pictures, and for sharing your story. You've reinforced my commitment to get back to Atkins.

I completely identify with eating sweet carbs, chips, and three big meals/day, and then feeling like crap by bedtime. I too remember those vows to start my diet the next day, which of course would never happen. Like you, I certainly don't miss how I used to feel. Congrats on your amazing accomplishment. You are an inspiration!

thanks for sharing. I am somehow more motivated right now.

I certainly agree with you, atkins is simply the best and only way of eating

You know, its just so much better being slim, not having the aches and pains that I seemed to have when I eat bad carbs. I can buy nicer clothes of choice, I can run around, I have the confidence to "stand up and be counted".

I still mourn my twenties when I should have enjoyed my youth, rather than being a fat lazy slob who just ate and slept, cos thats how I see it when I look back

I have to say you look fantastic! I'm a re-starter and needed some inspriation. I stopped after my doctor (who btw should be on atkins herself) scared me off the plan and back on a low fat plan and my weight loss has stalled.
But, after seeing your after photo, I'm off to the grocer to buy
my low carb foods.

Default you inspire me

Jo,
Thank you so much for sharing your story! What an inspiration. I am glad to hear that you were able to stay on induction for so long. I love induction. All my cravings have vanished. I know it will be a long road but with stories like this one, I know I can do it!

Congrats! Awesome story and pics. You're such a lovely, beautiful lady. I have seen you posting, so it has been 10 years since your cousin got you to do Atkins!

I have been losing slowly and you have inspired me to do better!!

I hope your cousin lost weight and kept it off, too!
