You're So Right About The Clothes!
I spent 20 years in black nylon pull-on pants and cheap button up blouses in mumu sizes. I now love buying clothes. It's absolutely thrilling to wear a size six again. I now wear skinny jeans and tailored blouses. How could I have stopped caring about myself for so long?

I just wanted to let you know as a newbie, your story has inspired me! I can relate to so much of what you have gone through. I never thought I would be dealing with menopause (and the mystery body that goes along with it!) at 39. Self esteem has always been a problem for me. Thank you so much for sharing your success!

hee hee great success story ! I also love shopping for clothes now and am delighted if I fit into a size 8 (or sometimes even a size 6). I also went through menopause and you're sure right about how it changes our weight distribution. Great to beat that with low-carb!! Congratulations and thanks for being such an inspiration.
