Default I confess to three glasses of white wine

I'm back in ketosis this morning though or maybe it was just dehydration, because the stick was near purple and I was down 4 lbs of I'm guessing was water weight. I was peer pressured...ha ha.

I'm don't think I am going to cheat again. I will have wine again, but I think I'm going to hold off until after I reach my goal weight of 135 lbs. I won't overdo it as I really don't like to drink all that much.

The carb count on a glass of white wine is about 1 carb (so I had about 3 carbs over for induction) and I know for the few hours that I cheated, I wasn't burning fat, I was burning alcohol. A friend ask me out and we had some delicious wings, which had no breading and the hot sauce was zero carbs thank goodness.

I'm confessing so that I won't give in again if I get asked out this coming weekend.

We've all been there. I usually have a few drinks on Friday night. I don't lose but I don't gain either. I don't eat off plan during that time either.

Hang in there and you will do better next time. Don't beat yourself up.

Hello,

I feel for you because you consider 3 glasses of wine a slip, and also because it stalls your weight loss.

Personally, 3 glasses of wine does NOT stall my weight loss.

Ok, maybe because I'm a 6'1" man? But, I drink 2-3 Low Carb beers pretty much every day (ok that may seem alot to all of you, but it's actally good for me because it was much worse than that in the past), and I've lost almost 15 pounds in 1 1/2 months.

So... wine is not a slip for me.

tché

It didn't stall it. I guess I'm getting used to the way the weight comes off. 19lbs gone since April 23 ain't too shabby.

How much wine do you have? I have wine once per week as well, the amount varies. Is white wine the way to go on this diet? *goes to find her copy of DANDR* I haven't yet started (Monday is my start day), but I had a light pink wine...I don't know wine very well, but it was a fruity wine, not red, but very light. I suppose I should do my research instead of asking here, but thanks for anything you can tell me! LOL

I have it about once a week and about 1-2 glasses. On the third glass which I have attempted, I am sloshed before I finish it now. This is coming from a lady who could drink 8-9 rum and cokes before (and they were more rum than coke). I can't do diet coke so I just have white wine because it is only 1 carb. I guess I felt guilty in the begining, because I had it during the last week of induction.

Ahh ok. I tend to get a little tipsy myself, depending on the wine. I really don't like the feeling of being drunk, and my body doesn't like too much wine (I throw it up). The white wines seem to taste awful, while the red wines taste good. Too bad if they are higher in carbs.

I'm not a big drinker, but occasionally my dh and I will have a drink together. I can do diet coke, so does that mean I can do rum and coke? I don't usually drink hard alcohol, it's just nice to know what falls into the acceptable parameters.

This is about you having wine, and feeling bad about it!!!

Sry to say, but BE HONEST !

Cause, Red Wine, does not make humans FAT !!!!!

French fries, Doritos, Chips, ... Ice cream, chocolat.. etc, makes us FAT....

So... plz be honest... !!!!

Eat low carbs,,, and have some red wine is OK !!!!!!!!

But ... EATLOW CARBS.!!!!
