Countdown to the New Year! This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently everyday with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.
Start by putting the day and then your weight. Each day copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. It's a good way to keep a record of your progress.

I'll give it another go and setup for December. Thanks for creating the new thread Susan. Goal this month; Lower my expectations, listen to my body and be kind. I didn't learn too much last month other than my weight can vary 4+ pounds a day, how I feel has little to do with what I weigh and you guys are a great bunch of folks to hang out with.
