Default Sugar-Free Coconut Milk

Hello all, I used the search feature and went through a few pages of SBD threads and couldn't find an answer; can we drink Sugar-Free Coconut Milk on Phase 1? The kind I have is by So Delicious, 45 cals per cup, 1g carbs per cup, 0g sugar. I just made a green chai tea latte with about 1/3 cup of the milk and a little Truvia and I'm hoping that is OK. Thanks in advance!

It sounds OK but it'd help me give you a better answer if you gave a link to it and listed all ingredients.

Hi,
Yes thats the one I found when I did a search. I think that its an OK alternative but I wouldn't use it in an unlimited way.
I'd include it as part of the total 2 cups dairy daily total. I'd use it as a replacement for Half and Half in my coffee and only 2 tbsp a day.
