I know! She's psychic! She's like don't touch that DVD player. I know you want to just turn it off...don't you dare! If she was in my living room she would make me cry!

I need to bust out my Power 90 dvds. Tony Horton is great.

I can't beleive we are in part 4 already. I remember when it was just 20-Something Females. lol

What are ya'lls plans for the weekend? I have a wedding to attend tomorrow. Weddings are so unpredictable when it comes to food. <sigh>

Part 4 makes me feel like I'm getting old.

Have fun at the wedding! You should be able to find some LC stuff, and be careful with the drinks

My plans are to workout...fun fun! My muscles are recovering from the Tues/Wed workouts and I will continue Jillian today...yippeee. I was hoping to go for a hike tomorrow but it looks like rain.

JessDMB~ Not old... "seasoned" lol (I feel the same sometimes.) Hoping the weather holds for your hike.

Lhart~ That workout does sound intense. I love it when the people on the DVD know just what to say to keep you going.

Fire_dancr~ Doncha just love those "psychics" on the DVD... I always look forward to the end when they tell you how well you've done.

Jess~ Good luck with the wedding. You can do it!!!

~~~
Saturday =
~language lessons
~3 mile walk (in the heat/humidity, I feel like it should count double...)
~talking w. friends and family on skype.
Food was extremely clean, which makes me happy. Am trying to start this new month with a renewed commitment to eatin' well.
Sunday=
Church + friend's last Sunday. Hoping to make good food choices again. One day at a time, friends. One day at a time.
Got a wedding tonight too after work. Danced the night away last night and will do the same tonight. Day three of the shred was today. I was still SO SORE from doing it the first 2 times but I did it! So proud of myself. Thank God for Becky or I wouldn't have gotten out of bed though. We made some goetta and mock danish for breakfast. (only had 2 little pieces of goetta because I know it has oats in it. I'll see if they are bad for me or not )
I wish I had been around for the first couple 20 something threads because I would be near goal by now!
Fire - Reaching goal is nice, but maintaining is the tricky part. I was 6 lbs shy from my goal back in 2007 (156), 3 years later I'm starting the year off at around 216. I never learned how to maintain.
I will not make that same mistake twice. Nope!!!
Have fun at the wedding! Luckily this wedding won't have alcoholic beverages, just have to worry about the food.
Hey Everyone! I'm back! I've had a rough couple eating weeks, so I've been avoiding fessing up on here! I'm not going to go into all the details, but somehow I worked myself up to 157! (I was at 151!) I was eating BAAD... like doritos, brownies, bad!!
Anyway, I've been following as close as possible to an eggfast this week, and this morning I was back to 151.8... Whew... That was a close one!!! Anyway, I'm hoping to keep up the eggfast as much as I can. If anything, two egg meals a day, then eat dinner low carb. I'm REALLY wanting to see 149. Really.
So, anyway, seems like everyone else is on an exercise role! I really need to add exercise, I'm just not motivated right now. Getting my diet back on track has been hard enough... One step at a time...
So anyway, hope everyone has a great weekend!
Had some alcoholic beverages last night which is fine but I had 2 bites of wedding cake and I am craving sugar like crazy today! I hope I can make this go away. I am definitly not going to give in. Stupid wedding cake
Hopefully I can shred it up tonight and make it all better!
Had 1.5 cups of spaghetti yesterday lunch, but had a full chicken for dinner and the fat seems to have gotten me back under control. Over did it a bit, but I feel like fat has its "portion control" mechanism built right in.
Breakfast this morning is eggs and cucumbers, so right back on plan we go!
Mmmm spaghetti sounds goooood.
We went hiking today for awhile, rain held off, thank goodness. It was very tough but felt great when we got back to the top. That trail has a ridic amount of steephills and steps, great for the legs.
Then we went to dinner with my parents....salad bar...steak, lobster, and a few bites of cheesecake.
Have to do better tomorrow....and Jillian awaits me....ahhhh
It was not the smartest choice, but it was a social situation and I decided to go for it. It was allowable, but I definitely could have done better.
~~~
Onward and upward...

So far am on plan.
Breakfast = 5 eggs, coffee+cucumbers.
Lunch = chicken quarters+cucumbers, cabbage.

Dinner will either be eggs and cabbage or chicken again. We'll see...

Stay strong, ladies!
