Goal of this challenge: Simply to tally how well I do sticking to my diet plan over the next 90 days.

Good days: 43
So-so eating: 19
Off the mark: 11
~~~~~~~~~~
Late snacks: 22

I'm going to have to call Friday a so-so eating day. Net carbs were A-OK -- just too much protein and calories for my challenge parameters. My dinner was 2 hours later than usual and I didn't snack between dinner and bedtime.

Allowing 24 times for a second meal, about 2 per week. 4/24
Allowing for 24 CAD meals, about 2/week 2/24

Day 21 of 90

1) Upon waking each morning, say a prayer of gratitude.

2) Drink 80+ ounces of water a day.

3) Do 15 minutes of a something I have been procrastinating. (soaked in oxi clean rinsed then bleached and line dried all my dish clothes and dish towels)

4) Limit 2 BPC max (2 BPC)

5) Plan lunch and supper for the next day. (Lunch chopped BBQed steak and 2 over easy eggs with a revolutionary roll (Atkins' 72 recipe)and for supper, 2 breakfast muffins, [egg, bacon, cheese on a rev roll] with a side spinach salad with Caesar dressing)

Saturday was good. It was a big workout day. I didn't track other than to limit carbs. I ate within reason and did not eat late.

3) Do 15 minutes of a something I have been procrastinating. (Cleaned the opti and took rigging, sail and rudder/dagger board down to mom and dad's to prep for selling it.)

4) Limit 2 BPC max (2 BPC)

5) Plan lunch and supper for the next day. (Lunch and supper, BBQed pork loin with spinach salad with chopped egg, bacon and dressed with hot bacon oil dressing)

Sunday was off the mark. No cheating - just eating OP food here and there all day. I don't know that I ate too much, but I didn't track well enough to even know if the carb count was within reason. Today will be a better day.
