I'm so impressed with the losses!!!

I need to come on here more its so motivating. I started eating Halloween candy Saturday night - I made gift bags. I ate all the leftovers for 4 days.

Today the cravings are so bad I was tempted to take candy from a 3 year old.

So sorry to hear that! Boy do I know how that is. This Halloween, I found strength in frequently quoting my Grandpa (the recovering alcoholic) , "One [Milky Way] isn't enough, so one is too many."
