Cricket i'm with Paulette I would seriously starve on the little you eat or be so hungry all the time and cranky for sure

Paulette whoo hoo on your drop as well and i'm glad you finally got your scale put in it's place. I think a cn with your mom would be so great. I try to have off plan meals with my mom when possible...I know it makes her uncomfortable when I stick to plan while she eats our favorite cherry cakes in front of me.

THIS GROUP follows ULTRA LOW CARB PLANS...of different types that stem from the teachings of DR ATKINS. We have TOTAL carbs and net carbs, and the Carb Nite has its roots in ATKINS as does every low carb plan. Ug. Got up an 3am today. I will be trying to go back to sleep in a bit, if I can. But I am very hungry right now. I drank some coffee, but my stomach is growling. It is only 5:42 right now and I don't want to cook any food yet!!!! And I just ran out of cream!!!! Today is the day I should be back in ketosis, so I need to get some fat in me. The store opens at 6 am, so I think I will get dressed and head on down to buy more cream!

I'm back everyone. I didn't get home until late last night. Unfortunately, my trip wasn't for rest and relaxation, but now that it's behind me, I feel I can move on.

My weight is up a little which I expected. I did not sleep well at all and could barely eat, but the weight was still up! I know it's just temporary flux.

I haven't really had a chance to catch up and am going to try to get to church this morning, so I'll read and post when I get back home this afternoon.

Looks like some really good losses this week. Great job everyone! Sorry I ruined the "perfect game" for losses from all of us.

An EARLY weigh in prior to evacuation of matter ( how is that for professional speak? LOL ) aka poopage .
My Cn is supposed to be on Tuesday and I think it will be tomorrow since I have lost a whopping 0.4 pounds UGH... the reason I would change is to be on same CN as Jodi.. but I will see. The plan IS working since I did lose and there were weeks that I had not lost but gained on the old plan..and as I said, the clothes are much better fittting. COMFORTABLE IN MY SKIN is the term??

PAULETTIEPIE~~~ You did not gain a lot and have days to get below the start weight! ALL in all you are going in te right direction


BARB~~ welcome home and happy you are one less stressor! FLUX is FLUX and it will be off. At least you are not in the stall mode and progressing well. Now we know of a viable alternative when close togoal and in stalls!!!

Have a miserable but not deadly cold Up most of the night and finally fell asleep at 2:30AM..restless thanks to the PIA pooches ..SIGH poor CARL was up and down with them a few times..and let me tell YA.. he was not a happy camper this morning!!!SIGH

WILL be back later at some point..
OH spoke to RAINS last night... her dad is back home and since she is there with him he did not go to rehab..She is tired and pooped and will be there until the end of the month.She has been trying hard to stay on plan. She will remain on the board.

What the heck? I've been "spotting" and cramping on and off since yesterday. My allergies are also out of control...I don't know how I could have such a bounce in 1 day...i'm used to losing like that but not gaining like that Why wasn't I born a man...hormones suck!
I guess I should just be glad I lost something for this game. I've got to make food for work so i'll catch up later

We have TOTAL carbs and net carbs, and the Carb Nite has its roots in ATKINS as does every low carb plan. Although there are differences, this TEAM has already learned control and the importance of planning and tracking and weighing daily.
