I fully understand! I wanted to get the week chart up to be ready for newbies on the weigh in date which is today..We end and START with Sundays and I wonder if having the game look like it began a day earlier is stopping some from hopping on..SO, if we all could just please go to the new thread and post the Sunday start weight there and the current as the same it makes my life a little easier here. I know.. I have caused changes and that can be confusing when done abruptly as i did.. SORRY.
My back is messed up since almost 2 days now. Do not know how.. lower disc is smarting and causing the nerve involvement so today will be in bed. hydrocodone and ibuprofen and ice packs on that spot but heating blanets everywhere else.
SO aske a bout the weight??? down a whopping 0.8.... I subtracted on the CN thread too little...
So, I guess I AM THRILLED. THis is day 3 post CN and my losses are increased and not gains.. and I am in ketosis as well so the author has been spot on. I will figure my weight on the morning of thursday as what it would have been for the proper CN and see where it stands. I cannot do the change of foods until late Saturday or Sunday..after this week it will be regular one week on Sundays for me. IF I cahnge it I will be slowly...

Weekends or weekdays there are 52 weeks a year and if one or the other causes being off plan then that time is lost forever.
We cannot get back that time and we will have tossed to much hard work and careful eating into the poop can! Take an AKINS' shake and keep it in the bag..almonds... a small beef jerky... plan on taking something to have for when you run late or eat out. You can bring many things with you when eating out.. I carry HC in a tuuperware container. Take the sucralose liquid so you do not have to take the powedered stuff with carbs. Order club soda and lenmon or limes... IT IS FINE to bring your own foods to a BBQ. WHo cares if people say.. oh.. you look great... just this one meal... it is YOU getting on t hat scale not them.It is you squeezing into the next lower size and almost there.. not them!!!
