Default question about this diet!!!!

so i was stuck at 159 for the longest and weeks had past and i kinda just feel off the low carb wagon surprising i didn't gain an ounce. (i exercise 6 days a week) neway i was in this new book store and it had this bood called 7day low carb rescue and recovery plan. it was in the bargain bin and i decide to pick it up. boy am i glad i did it worked and now i'm 155 and it just the end of the week! so i'm assuming this book is related to this diet. Neway my question is should i pick up the green book too???? i'm so close to goal i can taste it.

thanxs

I would definitely pick up CAD or CALP! This diet is wonderful, and something that you can do for life without feeling deprived. You don't have to worry about calorie counting and nothing is off limits on this diet, so long as you eat your carbs at the reward meal only. That's awesome that this worked for you, and I wish you continued success! Looks like you've done a great job getting the weight off- my hat's off to you!
