Exercise Session 13

Session 1 Callanetics PM

Time 22 minutes

What I learned. Well I definitely still have to wrap that rib! I did well until the pelvic rotations, which I did, then the pelvic tilts, well that was a different story, those are going to take a while to be able to do the full count. Other than that, the stretches were wonderful, the stomach exercises still work deep into the core. I am glad I decided to do these today.

Well I am dusting off this log.
I have been exercising regularly since Jan this year.
Started with my stationary bike, moved to dancing then steps and stairs. Now I am back to callanetics and weights, the things I love. I still love to dance of course as well.

Today I did the AM Callanetics DVD and 13 minutes Guns of Steal on FitOn app. My steps are not great today, may throw in 15 minutes of that too.

So far today.
Am Callanetics is done.
I will do my FitOn Arm routine.
Going to see if I can get my Fitbit steps up today.
