I'm not in maintenance yet, but browsing through here to get ready. I've been thinking about what my goals will be, and it will be to beat the odds by not regaining, to begin strength training and to work on reshaping my body.
I want to be able to get into some decent level of hiking (as my husband has goals I'd like to achieve with him re a couple of mountain summits).
I'm curious to see what changes I will need to make to stop losing, but not gain
