I think it is time to start one of these. I have been using the polarfitnesstrainer.com but it doesn't allow me to see my workouts all at one time. it really doesn't let me see much of anything at once. So here are my workouts for the month on March. This is the 1st month this year that my workouts have been anywhere near consitant. But I keep improving:
