Question Help Me Please - Choc Shake Mix

Hi Guys

Hope one of you out there knows a way of making these chocolate shake Mix'es taste better - Yuk - about the worst thing I've ever tried.

Does anyone have a recipe for cookies or something like that

Really would appreciate it.

Thanks

You might want to try some combo of adding in extra cocoa (unsweetened) and Splenda.

I use a Whey Protein Mix for my protein shakes, add in yogurt and then cocoa powder and splenda to taste. It makes it more like a chocolate milkshake and much tastier!

Just make your own using a combination of unflavoured whey protein isolate, chilled water or ice, cream or plain yoghurt, sweetener of choice and then whatever flavouring you want. I don't make shakes anymore but when I first started low-carbing I used to make them using frozen berries. You can add stuff like psyllium husks for fibre (if you do you have to drink it fast otherwise it will turn to gloop) and some people even add peanut butter............
