Default How long does it take to feel better?

I've had systemic candidiasis (candidia) for one year. How long does it take for the brain fog to lift if I'm eating no carbs whatsoever?

I don't know. It may be necessary for you to take some probiotics while you are at it, and you must be off of vinagar and cheese as well. Sugar and wheat are huge, and of course a zero carb intake would rule those out so I'm sure you're good on that but you may have to cut dairy and vinegar as well. A good probiotic is Theralac. It is designed to remain intact in your stomach, past all the digestive acids so it can still be active in your small intestine where it is needed.

Hi,
I had brain fog horrible headaches, weakness, shakiness and was exhausted all the time. After I started the diet for a week there was little to no change. Once I added in the Candida Clear by NOW products (I eased into them as well) 1 a day for three days - - 2 a day for three days and 3 a day for two months). After I was on the two pills a day I felt so much worse!!!!! Then I started to feel a little better and once I was on the three pills a days for a week I was on the upward swing. The problem is that there is little noticeable difference from one day to the next but you can see from the beginning of the week to the end of the week. It is not all up hill it is more of a roller coaster type ride for me anyways.

I wish you luck and hope you are able to hang in there.

Thumbs up

I have only been doing the diet for about 6 weeks, and my brain fog is gone. I still have some itching and other symptoms, but I can't believe how much better I feel!!!!!! The diet has been extremely difficult, but as far as I'm concerned, it's worth it!!
