Default Aloe vera juice

Has anybody here tried aloe vera juice for stomach problems and, if so, have you had any success?

I went through a bottle of it and didn't notice much of a difference. It might help you though.

I've came across this lady that sells kefir grains and I'm going to try that out and see how it goes. It's supposed to be the only probotic that actually colonizes the gut. I don't know for sure if it works but I'm going to give it a go. You should google it and check it out for kicks.

I noticed a big difference in taking revital x. It definetly gave me some relief. I think that helped me more than anything else. I didn't see that much improvement with aloe vera.

I think it hellps me. It took about 2-3 months though.

1 took 4 ounces at night before bedtime.
