Yes, I am still using my Bowflex. I have not been posting on this challenge because it did not seem necessary since it was only me. I really like the effects of the Bowflex and plan on using it for years to come.

When my husband bought our Bowflex a few years ago, we had two of our three kids still living at home. I thought it would be a great opportunity for them to use it since they were 17 and 18 years old and paying to go to to the gym. In the time that we have had the Bowflex, I do not believe either one of them has even tried it. The two of them are young adults now, 21 and 20 and are both living on their own. Our oldest, who has been gone for five years has returned home recently. At 25, she has decided that she wants to get herself into shape so she is adjusting her diet and has used the Bowflex a few times.

I have more to say but I do not have anymore time I can spend on my computer this morning. I need to get ready to head out of town but I will check back as soon as I get a chance.

Best of luck to you on getting your Bowflex workouts done and if you begin posting here, so will I!

I do free weight lifting (barbell) and would post here with you if you want to start back up. I am following the Simply Strength program for weight lifting and lift 3x a week. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I'm slowly getting stronger and I know I'm gaining muscle. I'm just hoping the fat will soon get into gear and fall off of me the way it's supposed to. Hope your workouts are doing well.

Welcome kmg3366!

Your timing is perfect. My husband normally works out on the Bowflex with me but he had his gallbladder removed last week and is not allowed to use it for a couple of weeks during his recovery.

I would love to continue posting here but it gets rather boring when I am doing it all by myself. Even though I have been working out for the last two and a half years, I noticed that I do not miss as many workouts when I have a place to keep myself accountable.

My Bowflex workout is scheduled for today so I will get it posted as soon as I get it done!

I look forward to you joining me!

I neglected to get any workout done on Friday so I designated it as my day off this week.

Since Friday is the day I normally get my 5 miles of WATP done, I postponed it until Saturday and was able to get it done. Bowflex and Callanetics are normally scheduled for Saturday so they were bumped to today.

I will be posting my workouts as soon as I get them completed today!

I ended up skipping my Bowflex workout on Tuesday since I was gone all day. I considered making it up yesterday but I decided to skip it and stayed on schedule with my WATP. I was able to catch up with my Callanetics last night so both Bowflex and Callanetics are scheduled for me today!

I will be back to check in as soon as they are completed!

Have a nice day!

I spent seven hours working outside yesterday and by the time I made it in the house, I was too sore to do anything other than shower.

I was going to get my Bowflex and Callanetics workouts done last night but I decided to take the day off and get them done today. Since I took yesterday off, it will be my day off this week and I will be making it up on Sunday.

I will be back to check in as soon as my Bowflex exercises are done!
