I really appreciate having workout buddies! It is hard to keep up with an exercise routine but having the support of others makes it a little easier.

I decided to change up my routine and get my Callanetics done on the same day as I do my Bowflex home gym. I was at the point where I did not want to get started with my exercises knowing that I had two of them to do before lunch. I considered getting my WATP done in the morning and then getting my Callanetics done in the afternoon or evening, but I did not feel like getting my Callanetics done last night.

I'm a lifter, but I love callanetics, too. Do you enjoy plyometrics? Is there much of a difference? I like body weight exercises for the days of the week I don't do my 1 of weights and 15 minutes of cardio.

Struggled with my eating last night...sooo off plan, had trouble getting motivated to exercise this morning...I was very sluggish. But with a little motivation from my friend Smullen, we both exercised this morning...I even saw some definition coming back to my legs...oh yah...and no "butt charlie horse today".LOL
So I have 5,6 and 7 left of the AM's going to decide then what to do...I am leaning toward the 10/10 three days a week, but doing it everyday seems to keep me motivated...you can't take a day off...if you take No days off.

Calisthenics
January 2010 goal: 600 minutes, at least 30 minutes 5 nights a week.
540 out of 600 completed!

Thursday night: 2 mile walk video and 30 Day Shred Level 3 (50 minutes).

Friday: old 2 mile walk video with 1 pound weights, the weight actually made a huge difference and they were just a pound! (27 minutes)

Saturday: Level 3 - 30 Day Shred (23 minutes)

Amost at my January goal and I still have a whole week to go!

My abs are still sore from Saturday's workout, awesome!

My back did not ache last night...as in not one little bit!
Tomorrow will be day 14 of exercise, and I am very happy with that and the 20 minutes seems to work perfectly for me...now what to do next???

options....
1) continued doing the AM sessions for another week( should be able to fly through them in another week)

2) alternate the AM and PM (don't think this is enough though)

3) try doing the 3X full hour workout 10/10 which can be done in 45 minutes if I fast forward through some of the explanations. (not sure if I would stick to it..it would me different days every other week if I do one day of 10/10 and something else the next day)..previously I didn't like doing it on Mondays...then I could do the PM on off days.

4) Day 1 10/10 session
Day 2 AM session
Day 3 PM session
Day 4 10/10 session
Day 5 Walking/Cardio
Day 6 10/10 session
Day 7 Walking/Cardio

That might work so that would end up being

Thursday 10/10 session
Friday AM session
Saturday PM session
Sunday 10/10 session
Monday Walking/Cardio
Tuesday 10/10 session
Wednesday Walking/Cardio
