Hey count me in
I am a 41 yr old (fitat41) RN, who knows that this isn't healthy, so far I am not a DM, but have a family history, actually I am very healthy as my MD would put it just need to loose 112 lbs. when I started adkins 4 weeks ago, I am down 14 lbs. under 100 lbs to go, can I still join?  so this is my year. My children are 19 & 20 so no baby fat for me  we are headed to the beach in may, went 2 years ago and promised my self I would not go back at the same weight. If we keep encouraging each other we can all make it.....I was reading through some of the postings already here......very encouraging. thanks everyone
