No more letting it get to a five pound regain before I react. I was looking back at my journal this morning and I started trying to lose the 5 pounds october 10 and it took until yesterday to finally get it off. The scale bounced back up two pounds this morning but I had a whole can of really salty beef broth yesterday so no big surprise. I also ate a biscotti at Kaiser coffee shop and didn,t check the lable until later . They changed from almond flour biscotti to wheat with almonds. No more buying them as a treat. Know for the hard part maintaining for the rest of my life with no more than a two pound regain.
