Hi now that I've reached my goal, I could sure use a buddy to keep me from going back to carbs. And I could do the same for you as well. I have been here for a while on other boards.
Well here's a little about me I am a 33 yrs old , I'm 5 ft tall. I have a wonderful husband but no kids. I also live in south Texas, out in the country. I love the country life, animals , skin care, nutrition , exesize & the Lord. BTW I'm a licesened esthetician, (facialist).
So if you have reached your goal or close to it , write to me & we can keep each other motivated.

I am almost at goal, and would have been had I not vacationed 3 weeks in Fla last month.
I am 45, married and 1 kid and I need to drop this last few pounds and KEEP IT OFF!!!!

It's good to hear from someone , I didn't think any one would responed since I met my goal. But I still struggle w/ the cravings for junk food. Chocolate is my main problem. So that's why I came here to help keep others motivated & my self as well.
How long have you been on the Atkins diet & what was your starting weight? I see you are almost there. Well keep me posted & let me know how you are doing. I noticed you liked my Religous boy joke. I just posted another on jokes board. Hope you like it.
