Default ah yes, Christmas.....

Christmas really stresses me out. I love it, but my family is SO into Christmas that it puts pressure on everyone to give gifts to the entire extended family. As we just got married, we don't have a bunch of $$ to put towards gifts, so I am trying to get creative and do crafting projects. In fact, that's what I'll be doing all weekend so I can get them done and in the mail in time. Usually I would just make a bunch of cookies or something and send out, but I don't trust myself not to cheat---way too tempting. The adults are fairly easy but crafting gifts for kids are a little harder. I may have to make the dreaded cookies and just wear a muzzle Or, maybe I'll try and be clever and make them all LC treats and not tell them heh heh heh.....

Exercise is another current struggle. When I am in my routine and exercise regularly, I don't mind it. However, once I get out of the routine getting myself to do it is hard. I am not naturally an athletic type and it take some serious focus for me to get back in the swing of things. I am trying hard to get back to it as I lose much faster and feel so much better when I work out. I find it interesting that intellectually I understand it but it is still so hard.... Sorry, I sound like I'm whining.

Default Christmas

I know the stresses of Christmas.. we have 4 children and have no idea what we are going to get the for Chrissie.. as I have been out of work for the past few months money is tight...

Kids are the easiest with crafting things for... you can make door signs and stuff.. that are cute.. and practical.. search the sites for craft ideas..

Excersize I am afraid is my downfall... If I didn't have a personal trainer that pushed me every week.. then I don't think that I would excersize at all... Your doing well.. keep up the good work.

Default Have a great weekend!

Just wanted to say hi and hope you have a nice weekend. My goals for this weekend are: 1.)drink enough water, 2.)work on Christmas projects, 3.)exercise both Sat and Sunday. Must be great having a personal trainer----I really dislike going to gyms and exercise at home. Maybe that's my problem..... hmmmm......

Talk to you next week!

Default Well Hi there

Good goal.. drink more water... it is summer here.. I should take a leaf out of your book... might loose a bit more weight if I layed off the diet coke with lemon and had water instead..

Have a great weekend.. mine is almost over and the best thing about this weekend is that I just got rid of my brother... and thank the Lord he is gone.. don't know if I could have taken any more of him...

It is great having a personal trainer.. but I get really lazy at times and try to find the easy way out of EVERYTHING! so she is great for that.. she is a friend.. which is great as we can joke about as well..

Talk soon... need to figure out what I can use for Christmas in the way of eating.. while everyone else is eating Christmas pudding and candies...

Karen
