Hey everyone. I am posting in the success gallery because I have had my first measure of success. Today I went to the store to buy a pair of jeans and am now down 1 size! Yea!! I am happy. I know the weight is coming off but when my clothes get smaller I feel really excited. So anyway I wanted to thank everyone for this site cause it really helps alot. It's great having so many people working on the same goal. The losers are really the winners.

You are right, going down one dress size is way more exciting than measuring your progress in pounds lost. It means you are actually getting smaller!
