You are right, going down one dress size is way more exciting than measuring your progress in pounds lost. It means you are actually getting smaller!

Thank you for the nice comments. yes I'm still doing good. I will admit though that I strayed a bit for awhile but managed not to go to crazy.I even lost a few punds cause I still wasn't eating that much compared to the way I used to eat. Now I am on induction again hoping for a whoosh of pounds. it is amazing to eat alot and lose weight. What a deal! Goodluck to us all.
