Default Need a tasty, easy, Atkins friendly PWO protein shake...

Basic rundown.
Started on Atkins for the umpteenth time on 1/26.
I am incredibly IR & MR. To lose I have to stay 10C or less.
I started a 30 day challenge for bums and arms, couldn't keep the pace.
I'm ignorant to weight lifting, and seems everyone has a different opinion.
I FINALLY found a plan/schedule I like, that I have modified to fit what I feel comfortable with.
Currently starting week 3, of a 3x a week total body workout of 12 different target areas, along with adding in my push ups, sit ups (I manage a few), wall squat, bridges and end with a plank. I do 2 sets of 12 reps on everything. Long story short, I suffer from extreme loss of muscle due to hyperthyroidism. In the last 30 days I have noticed a difference, but not sure what I am doing makes things a little more difficult. Anyways, I want a simple yet good PWO protein shake that doesn't push me out of my Carb level. Any suggestions?

On another note, anyone (prefer female) want to take me under their wing and answer all my annoying questions about everything? What I want, is to lose a target of around 80 lbs, as well as be very defined. I'm a bigger girl. 5'8" with a big bone structure. I don't mind building lots of muscle, and probably wouldn't mind getting to a competitive shape. I know Atkins fairly well but this lifting business I don't have a clue. Especially when it comes to settling on a good ratio of nutrition to accomplish a fairly fast weight loss along with muscle growth. Due to my health issues, I am limited on taking supplements. Most anything I take puts me into AFib. So a very natural approach is needed. No added caffeine or ephedrine. My preference for a female is simply because I want someone who has been in my shoes be able to give me direct info related to what did/does work as opposed to what didn't and be able to direct me. I'm open to any and all suggestions from all though.

Started 1/26 248.8lbs.
Today 2/24 235

Thanks to valentines day, I decided to indulge and have spent a week losing the 6 lbs I gained due to a 3 day cheating binge. Ugh.
