Default broken scale or broken stall?

I'm not exactly sure which it is. I've seen 146-147-148 for so long (over 18 months) I'd forgotten my scale had other numbers! Yesterday 141. Today 142.

All I did differently was I started drinking hot lemon in the morning (one week ago) in place of one of my two cups of coffee. I still have one per day. And I added lecithin to my supplements.

Not going to jinx it by changing stats for a few more days.

If I could FIND my tape measure, I'd use it. I just moved (8 days ago) so it is still packed away....

I spent yesterday wondering if my scale was broken and was completely surprised this morning. Just had to share.

Congrats!!! I too had a stall of 6 months and 4 out of the last 5 days weighed 131 not the dreded 132 or 132.5. I am not going to change my stats yet. Not until I am really really sure.

The only thing i did different was started eating more eggs.

At this point I'll take ANY loss. It's been a really, really long time since I saw a number like this.... like since I was about 11. I'm hoping this is the start of another losing trend and I will get into the 130s by New Year's.

I know what you mean. I am down another .5 pound this morning. I have .5 more to go to goal. I thought I would never get there.

Well, I changed my stats this morning... tempting fate maybe but still hoping this is the start of a downward trend. About time! Perseverance pays off so it seems.

We'll all get there. One # at a time.
