Asno, try adding in more greens: only 1g carbs for a cup, so they add lots of good nutrients which help with weight-loss, yet are ultra-low cal and low-carb. I've been having three cups a day as well as my other foods. They're great with garlic mayo. Also, get out every day, because the vitamin D from sunlight is important for weight-loss and almost impossible to get from any other source. Oily fish is another great addition to the diet, and obviously as other posters suggested, cut out any frankenfoods, etc.. and I personally would avoid too much cream. Keep to a very clean Atkins, cut out sweet stuff, artificial sweeteners and alcohol. A lot of people think they are doing Atkins, and really they are not sticking to his diet guidelines. Post your foods in a post in the main section, and maybe people will offer some observations.
