Default left side of body much weaker than right.?

i was doing weight training today when i realized, the left side of my body is SIGNIFIGANTLY weaker! O_O for example, i was doing bicep curls of 10kg, i did just fine with my right arm but with my left i truly struggled. & when i do lunges, again, i'm fine on my right leg but on my left i just can't deal.

it is a very big difference, you can see it plainly and i feel it (painfully). i just dont understand why, either!

how can i fix this.? why did it happen.? help pleasee!

Because you are probably right sided dominate.

Sounds like you need to do a bit more left sided training to equalize.

HTH.

Progress not perfection.

train the weaker side to max wt and hold back on the other side even though its stronger till your weaker side does get stronger.

Uni lateral(one arm, leg etc) training is best

i have the same problem..
my left side is weaker than the right and i'm left handed!!

i've started trying to use the left side more than the right side now..
trying to get the body used to working it..

good luck!
