Smile It's not just the carbs!

undefinedundefined It is not just the carbs that have you stalling! You can't go around eatiing pork rinds and stuff like that if you seriously want the weight loss! You must think and eat healthy! Which means, in addition to low carbs, no junk food of any kind.Eat small portions of green leafy veggies and other veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, olives. The most important thing is PORTION CONTROL! Use a salad plate to put your dinner on, and then only eat half of it! Always leave something on your plate unfinished! And, exercise! Every day! Make exercise your "dessert". I don't care if I come home from work and I am dragging my butt in the house, after dinner, I do not miss a day riding my bike (30-45 minutes). It kicks in my metabolism and helps to burn fat overnight! I know this works! I have been on every diet known to man,(and woman) and since Oct 10, 2004 I have lost 56 pounds, and I have never felt better in my life! Don't give up! This is something in your life in which you have total control!!!!!

Wow, everyone has such great numbers. How encouraging. I started in June of 04 and was down 23 lbs by December which I was thrilled with. Fell off the wagon during the holidays and put back on 11lbs!! Yep, that's right....11lbs. I knew it was going on but go on the scale so I could stay in denial land lol. Well, happy to say started back on induction last week and have already lost 4.5 lbs. Looking forward to reaching my first mini goal. I try to set them 5lbs at a time.
Reading all these success stories is very encouraging. Keep up the good work everyone!
