I'm in the "if it doesn't hurt, don't worry about it" camp. OTOH, I have a knee that pops due to a dislocating patella (a knee cap that won't stay put). It hasn't bothered me for years but has been acting up in the past week or so (oh, joy!).
The ortho that originally diagnosed me advised quad exercises to help hold the kneecap in place better.


LMAO at the visual of trying to iron while bouncing on a mini-tramp. That sounds like one of those crazy warnings they put on products that make you wonder who actually did that and caused the manufacturer to put the warning out in the first place like the one on my iron: "Warning! Do not attempt to iron clothes on body...".
