Question
Hi Everyone,
Heres my dillema. I started the south beach diet around 3 months ago, on phase one. The first time around I fell off the wagon around day 5. The second time around I completed the full 14 days of phase one, while engaging in wieghtlifting and running. I lost my fair share of wieght. I then very, very, very, slowly headed into phase two, and have since upped my grains to 3 servings daily. I have not gained any wieght. My dillemma is that recently I remembered that I had a bite of a cookie by mistake on my 11th or 12th day on phase one. I am wondering if this would mess up anything sourrounding future wieght loss.
