hi, i'm trying to find a home and learn to use this support. i went to introductions the first day or so and read a message that after your intro to find a group. i'm on dr. adkins , this is my 18th day . i lost 10 lbs, the first 12 days of induction and haven't lost anything since. i'm turning moderate still and i've lost 1 inch on waist and on my hips. i'd like to hear from someone that has gone thru this period and what i should expect next.am i in the right group or is there another one i should be in. i have about 50 lbs more to lose. i'm afraid to add more carbs since i haven't lost anymore weight.would love to hear from you.wawtigress
