Well I am in a good groove. Down 22.5 pounds now! I am nearly half way there. That sounds so crazy because it feels like I just started back a week ago but it has been 7 weeks!!

I am past the halfway mark on my time goal, of 12 straight weeks 100% on plan.

I can't wait to see the end of 12 weeks and 12 weeks more!
Have a great day!

25 lbs down today!!!
It is starting to melt off now. I know people get hung up on the start but it takes being diligent and moving through the plan and making sure you are committed and letting the food do the work!!

I know it will slow again as I get closer to goal but I am really feeling it now. I am walking each day and there is no huffing or puffing. There is no desire to stop halfway through. I want to walk more because I don't hurt when I do. Atkins takes all the inflammation I have away. Which tells me that wheat is not a good thing for me.

I hope that you are all enjoying your eating every day and eating well!!!

have a great tuesday!

I have not weighed in since that last post but I am doing awesome. Today I am in old jeans that I have not been in in 8 years. I had someone this week tell me that they didn't know it was me when I went to get my son.. I will take that!!!
I feel great and I am shrinking more and more.

Hope you are all doing great!!

Go you!!!! Loose feels so good because you can feel it happening!!

Thanks!! I feel good. Well I have been. Grandmom went on hsopice this week. It is tough but one thing I learned is the more I stay true to what I need and eating right the better I feel in crisis.

I am pan frying some brussels sprouts in bacon grease and butter. That is one of my favorite things..
These are on and comfortable but I can't wait for loose again!!
