I wish that I could give you some advice but I really don't know what to say. Maybe its the cheese. How much are you eating? If you are eating only 2-3 times a day, maybe you need to eat 5-6 times a day. ????

Good luck and I'm so sorry!!

I think I stalled (already). I may have actually gained a pound or two (although this is based on an evening weight).

I think I stall on bacon - of which I ate tons today and two days ago. I'm also "eating" alot of splenda. And the last two days I've used 1/2 and 1/2 (about two tablespoon/day), but watching my carb intake (I think no more than 20 grams - not counting, but only 2 cups spinach, 1/2 cup cabbage, 1 celery stalk, and the carbs in bacon (minimal - says 0 - but cured in sugar - no fillers though), cream, 1/2 and 1/2, and the minimal ones in eggs.

I need to be more strict - but I'm just so hungry. I'll cut out the bacon and see if that helps.

Is it ok to eat 5-6 eggs in a day?????? I think my veggie intake is ok though.\

Oh, and I drink lots of Crystal Light....

Your body may be trying to adjust to what you have lost so far. BTW - Congrats.

I try to eat a lot of different things cause I seem to get bored with so many limitations. When I first did Aitkens that is why I think I failed - I was eating the same thing over and over again and the palette wanted variety. Maybe eat less bacon and replace with chicken or some other meat that you like that has less sodium. Also, I try to drink at least two waters for every non-water drink that I have.

Just stick with it. That is the main point.

You really don't know until you weigh or take measurements. How do your
clothes fit after 15 days on induction? Also, check out the amount of water
you are drinking. Are you getting enough?

Hang in there! Many of us get frustrated too. But, we have to keep chugging
at it. No pun intended.

lyaness, do you count your slenda and crystal light into total carbs for the day? I think it is 1 carb each.

I use liquid splenda which has no carbs and I looked up crystal light on other low carb forums - it says no carbs. Here, it says .2 grams per 8 oz. I think both are negligible if anything... but then again, drinking 2 quartes of crystal light can make a dent.

I need to drink water instead of crystal light - sometimes I do. I don't drink enough water in general anyway. I'll try harder - promise.
